Tumble drier problem, Condensation appears to be building up inside(not noticed it before) outlet pipe is?
Question:Clear but theres not much air pressure coming through the exterior vent? Plenty of warm air in the drier? Removable filter is clean and free of lint? Anybody got any ideas what the fault could be??
Answers:
I take it this is Not a condenser dryer if it is then remove the condenser unit and flush it out using a garden hose
If it is the normal warm air outlet ie tubed out the window or door etc
I would recommend you take a look at the blower fan if one is fitted if not it would seem you may have a build up of lint and fluff inside the casing this not only a nuisance but is also a potential fire hazard if you are not happy to remove the back get someone to check it professionally
Check your flex line for debri and kinks
Sounds like the vent is plugged..you may want to check way inside the vent in the machine also...I have seen them plugged inside too! Make sure you reconnect the vent before you start dryer back up, else you may have dust flyin' everywhere. BTW, while you're doing maintenance you may try and remove the front cover and vacuum the inside...you'd be surprised how much dust collects inside, make sure you unplug the dryer before you remove the panel!
Spooky, I've been having the same problem. I might try the vaccuum option...
