Where to Buy an Air Cooler in the Bay Area (South Bay)?
Question:Hi - I checked Home Depot and Lowes and cthey don't carry air coolers. Any idea where can I buy a new air cooler in the Bay Area (ideally South Bay - San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino area)?

you might be talking about a swamp cooler.try checking the web for the manufactors of swamp coolers,air handlers or even heat pumps which is a air cond and heating unit. im here in millbrae just up the road from you. good luck
I bought my air-cooler (water evaporator) from Lucky 7 grocery store. Yes, it's an asian place that sells food items, but they also have air-coolers for less than $100. You have go to fast, because they're selling out quick.
