1. Yeah, it works pretty good. Had to figure out it doesn't need to be plugged in all the time, just when you want to sterilize the screen.
2. Neiman Marcus.
3. It was a gift from a famous celebrity. We did happen to notice a similar model in the bargain basement that came with international plug adapters so we can switch between 110 VAC to 220 VAC. The international model was priced at $235, normally $389.
