Is there such a thing as california king sized pillows?

Question:If I buy a "california king" sized comforter set, will the pillow cases and pillow shams be california king sized? Or do pillows and their cases only come in regular king size?

I am pretty sure that CalKing beds are just longer than a regular King, not wider, so the King pillows should work. Just look at the packaging for CalKing sets and see what size comes in set.
