Swimming pool water problem?

Question:We treated our swimming pool well water with everything possible. Iron fighter, chlor, anty algea, PH minus, and whotever possible. Still our water is brown-greenish. Help.

Answers:
Take a sample of your water to the pool store and have a full spectrum analysis done on it. Make sure they test for free chlorine, total chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, total dissolved solids, cyanuric acid, metals (iron, manganese, copper, etc), nitrite/nitrates, and phosphates. Then email me the results or post them back here. If you email them to me I can work with you on getting your pool clean again. Also include the gallons of your pool, material it's made of (concrete/plaster or vinyl), filtration system, and any of the chemicals you've used in the past two weeks (I know, you just listed off some and if you can't remember the exact ones that's fine).

I would help you in this format but there's going to be a lot of different questions and answers passing between us so I can learn your pool and get you the proper advice.
