How long to heat swimming pool?

Question:I just got a intex pool 8'X30" approx 600 gallons of water to fill. The temperature is about 85 today and 100 and above tomorrow. Any ideas how long it will take to heat this to a useable temperature so we all don't turn BLUE? LOL

Answers:
It will heat up quickly! I have a larger above ground pool and on hot days it will go up several degrees. You should be good to go by tomorrow or even today since it's not that deep.

Some calculation will do the trick. Measure the water temperature now, and determine what temperature you would like. (Use 85 F if you have no better opinion.) Take the difference, multiply that by 8 x 600 to get BTU, and divide that by the BTU/hr rating of the heater, which will be on a data plate somewhere on the device. The result will be in hours.
Urinate, thats what I do, oh I thought you said how to heat pool
