When people move from a house or a condo, do they generally take the fridge with them or do they leave it?

Question:thanks for the help!

Answers:
my dad has bought 2 houses and they both had ridges my mom bought one house that had a fridge, so i would say as long as the owners didnt just buy the fridge they should leave it, same with the stove

If it was mine, I'd take it with me, unless I agreed to leave it behind.
Most of the time, the appliances, including the fridge, are part of the deal if someone sells the house. It's something that should be specified in the contract one way or another, however, so check to see what it says.
The answer is yes.some do some don't.if you have a house in rough shape an appliance or two may help sell it.
take it...it is not attached to the structure...just plugged in...like a toaster
If they are the rightful owner of the refrigertor, of course, they'll take it. However, if they are going to a place that already has a refrigerator in it, then they can sell the old fridge or leave it behind if it's okay.
If you bought ,you can take it.
It depends if its new you like it take it. I have bought and sold many and am lucky to get a fridge or stove. The cost of average used fridge is nill but if the when showing house say that fridge stove ETC don't come with but they can deal them in.

Your getting a newer place and selling the old you deserve newer fridge.
