How could I get up?
Question:it's winter coming, I found it's super hard to get up, just want to lie in cosy bed forever . any geek, eccentric suggestions will be appreciated

Put an alarm clock in the kitchen and in the bathroom or verious other combination. So by the time you off it, you're not sleepy anymore!
find one of those neat alarm clocks that wake you with gentle increasing light. the light is so nice when the world is dark out.

Get a daylight lamp and sit under it a couple hours a day, it will change you hormones to that more like spring or summer.
Use the age old method for getting up early when you have no alarm clock. Drink so much water before bedtime that you must get up to pee.
have an alarm that plays music...it isnt good for your mind to awake suddenly, music will bring you slowly to your senses...try it!
