Black Spider White Stripe?

Question:I found an all black spider with a thin white stripe any ideas?

I have seen a couple of these spiders too. I am convinced they are black widows since they have the hour glass and also because of their webs. When I broke the web with a stick it snapped just like I would expect a black widow web to do.

In any event, I am checking the webs and staying clear of these little critters just in case.
