Lots of spiders in my apt, a huge spider crawling on my arm.how do i get rid of them??
Question:I live on the 1st floor in an apt. with a big patio. I have little white spiders everywhere, I've caught a few big black ones in the creases on the ceiling, and the other day a huge white one was crawling on my arm. I'm deadly afraid of them. I have a cat so I can't just spray everything down, and I can't get close enough to squish em. I found lots of lil webs and what looks like spider eggs (tiny white cotton ball thingys) with a flashlight in the dark. A few days back I noticied like 20 lil baby white spiders and a lil web stretching from the main door knob to a tall vase i have by the door and there was a bunch more in the vase. Is this a apt. building problem or just mine cuz im so close to the ground? Oh and theres so many huge roaches and bugs and spiders on the patio i don't even go out there. So do I tell my manager or is there something like corbic acid for spiders or like a home remedy ?

the most simplist way and most affortable way is to buy 2-4 cans of raid or leading insect killer. spray it all over your house and let it do its majic over night while you are at some elses home. Make sure the insect killer is non-toxic becasue it make make you sick. when you come back, spray the insect killer all around your doors one last time and get the edges and corners of your walls.
ok u should so tell ur manager. And u need to call an bug person. If nothing helps i suggest u move
file a complent. move out that place seriously need an inspection. this not clean and they need to have a extreminator out there asap thats gross
yes tell your apt manager see if they can help. do the apt around you have the same problem. i have a good hardware store i go to for my bug problems, i use a spray every four months around my door ways and windows it helps a lot.
I'd do a search to see what kinds of spiders these are so are poisonous. I would tell the super to see if he can do anything about it. Our super sprays about once a year in our basement to keep the bugs away. They also have someone come clean the hallways.
I don't know your situation but you may be responsible for keeping your porch clean. By cockroaches do you mean roaches or Beatles? If you mean cockroaches than you may need to call the health dept. If the super doesn't take care of the spiders too of course you should call them for that too.

Definately tell your apartment manager. They should call an exterminator for the entire complex. You`ll just have to take your pet somewhere else for a day or two. If it`s done right ,they will spray inside and out. If the manager isn`t willing to help, get bug bombs. They come 3 or 4 to a pack . You`ll still need to get a spray to go around doors & windows & any other opening from outside. If that doesn`t work , leave, find somewhere else to live. I know I couldn`t stand it.
