Arent all the excessive comments made by the couples on HGTV's Househunters really annoying.?

Question:They are coached, I guess to say lots on each property to keep the show interesting but it is really a bore.Plus the bad and nervous acting, as though they are walking in house for first time, dont see a camera crew, and start to "peruse" each detail..Watch closely it is a scream! And dont get me started on that song...

I've never seen the show, but I'm sure the acting quality and the comments are much to be desired.
