Bug repellent needed for tiny bugs that look like flying ants presently in Orlando area.?

they sound like "sand fleas", which are actually a really irritating species of gnats. Off makes some nifty incense kinda things that worked pretty good when I was stationed in south carolina. Repelled mosquitos too.
