Whats the name of the yellow fungus growing in potting soil?

Question:I add water to my scorpions tank to keep the humidity high and this yellow/white fungus starts growing everywhere. Does anyone know what kind it is? Or it could be many different kinds. I am from Willamette Valley of Oregon if that helps.

I don't know if this is similar, but it might be dog vomit fungus. I found a pic on google images a while back.
