I assume, do the the fact it's under home and garden, you don't want the medical response but yes, guys have hairy asses. It's a fact of life (based on genes). men of euorpean decent will in fact display this trait. Don't worry about it. as for the mooning, that's his deal, and i'm sure it's hilarious to him (trust the guy). Many people have hair on and around their butts and pubic area that would by any standards be considered 'thick', and I suppose this is what you are inferring. All mammals have hair on their bodies, some to a greater degree than others. According to scientists, the male homo-sapien has a greater number of hairs on the back of their hand than a chimpanzee, the reason you think the chimp has more is that its hair is coarse and therefore stands out better. Robin Williams has described himself as a 'Chia Pet' due to the amount and thickness of his body hair. As to whether it is normal, ... well, he is your brother.
