Dollar tree staff store. HELP PLS?
Question:Okay so just wondering, does anyone work at a dollar tree store around you? If so, are they good staff? And do you enjoy working there? I'm a teenager, and I think it would be an OK job to work there. The one that lives by me is really organized and clean. What do you think?

All jobs have up sides and down sides. Retail is an area where you need to have infinite patients, and an extremely good humor. You will be interacting with all kinds of people, from smart ones to not-so-smart ones, kind, and not kind.
If you enjoy the store, fill in an application and turn it in when the manager is present. Wear clothes that the other store employees are wearing, but no wild makeup or jewelery. You don't need to wear a suit, but a nice blouse and pants with comfortable shoes. Blue is a good color. When you submit the app, ask for the manager and look him/her in the eyes and let them know you would be interested in working at the store. Speak clearly and loud enough so that the manager can hear you, but you need not be too loud. Practice with a friend or parent before going in. Be relaxed, but not casual, speak in complete sentences and smile.
