Weird Neighbor !!?
Question:The problem started when i first moved to my new home a month ago. My next door neighbour has always freaked me out but wasent sure why. Yesterday i returned home early to collect something. When i looked out of my daughters bedroom window he was in my back garden messing with my washing which was out on the line ! I was embarresed and dident know what to do so i just went back out. Later when i returned i brought my washing in to find my underwear had gone ! What shall i do ?

I would report suspicious activity to the authorities. He could be a rapist or sick twisted person and don't put yourself in a dangerous situation!

absolutely phone the police - he could be a serial ----whatever ..that's just been released from detention & your daughter and yourself could be at great risk.
If you have a video camera set it up facing your laundry line after you hang clothes up and film him so you have evidence. then
CALL THE POLICE. I know that it might be embarrassing, but when he has the police visit his door, he should get the hint that you know his behavior is really weird and that you notice it. Don't mess around because this man could be or become dangerous and break into your house. You can also look up your neighborhood online to see if you have any convicted sexual preditors living nearby. Look up the site on your state's site it is usually in there.

Report it to the police. It would be good if you can catch the culprit on camera so you have irrefutable photographic evidence

This guy is a pervert and likely to move up into something more serious. I*ve read that is how these nut cases start out is by stealing underwear. He is sick in the head. Don*t wait; and be sure and tell someone and get a witness or even better get two or three to catch him doing it. DO NOT confront him about it.

Catch him in the act and embarrass him. Just open the window and yell at him. Tell him to knock it off. "YO! HEY! Leave my panties ALONE!" Yell at him like he's a bad dog.
I'm not joking. I truly think you can make him stop by confronting him.
Chances are he's NOT dangerous, he's just fascinated with this stuff. He's likely a fetishist, and he's probably stolen them whenever he had a chance. He's probably very secretive, yet at the same time secretly hoping you'll discover him and then give him a spanking or whatever his silly fetish fantasy is. Well, that is not what you're going to do. You're going to discover him and humiliate him and in no uncertain terms, your voice and body language have informed him that this B.S. is not OK! Just being a b*tch and embarrassing him may leave him too petrified to continue.
