How do you get rid if vine weed?

Question:

Answers:
The best thinbg that I have found has always beens Ortho's Brush-B-Gone. I have always lived in wooded lots where when I moved in there was a lot of overgrown underbrush including vines, poison ivy, briers and the like. BrushBgone is the only product that I have found that consistently works. Recently Ortho changed the name of the product to Ortho Poison Ivy killer with "BrushBGone" in smaller lettters. Sometimes it may take a second application a couple of weeks later but it usually does a very good job. the key is to get it early in the spring as it is starting to come out. Of course if you hit it now there will be less coming back next spring!

I've found that round-up and the like is ok on grasses and broadleaf weeds but really doesn't do a very good job on woody plants and vines.

Hope this helps.

smoke it, smack it, rub it down...
A broadleaf herbicide like round-up wokrs well. follow the directions on the bottle.
