shes right, even then sometimes they wait till your furniture is on the van, then they still might put you up in b and b for a while, tend to have a bit more clout if you have children, but can still put you in b and b with kids, good luck

if you have no arrears, have been a good tenant , have kids, and are asked to vacate property by landlord you are entitled to apply for council housing but not guaranteed to get it within a certain time frame, i am in this situation and 28 days before my lease actually expires i can register with the 'homeless' dept and apparently they will make me a priority then, but as previous reply says, they could still put us in temp accomodation, good luck,
