Can you use a bug bomb in an apartment?
Question:I have asked my apartment complex 4 times to have an exterminator come by. And they have not sent anyone. The last time they called me they said it would be 2 months before someone could come spray! I am out of here in 3 months! I need this to be done now because this is rediculous! I was wondering if the bomb would get into the other apartments around me. I just need something done now! Any help would be awesome!

I would go on and use a bug bomb. You did not specify what type of bug problem you are dealing with. If it is roaches then it may help a little, they will just run from place to place and return. The entire area will need well sprayed! Even if it is just ants, they will likely return.
I would call the apartment manager and tell of your outrage. There are ways of getting action taken for this matter. It is in fact against most laws to not keep a rental up to code such as exterminating and so on!
I hope they will get there and spray the place. If not you have nothing to loose by spraying. It may combat the situation a little while!
GOOD LUCK!
You should be able to use a bomb or even one per room with no problems. Shut your windows, turn off your air and remove and pets. Plan on being gone for a couple of hours before returning.
Seriously talk to a manager about it. I'm sure they would know best how the ventilation system works in your building and I can imagine that you are not trying to hurt anyone.
you can but your neighbors need to agree, it is hazardous
Do it but if you have pets...make alternate arrangements for them...also cover your dishes etc. Anything exposed needs to be wiped clean before using it too.
You gotta do what ya gotta do.
Your manager should take care of that, I would send him a letter and keep copies of each letter you send him, if he does not respond to your letters ask him if you can do it yourself, I would also ask him to refund you the cost of the bug bombs, remember you are being inconvienced, being away from your apartment for at least overnight because the bug bombs contain a very strong insectacide.
Use the bug bomb, it wont matter, a bug bomb only scrambles the bugs into the next apartment, but for a LONG time.
Yes you can! Be sure that your air/heat/fan is on the "off" mode. If there are families with young children next door, maybe let them know when you plan to bomb in case of fumes going to their apartment . which really shouldn't be a problem, but just in case. I have used bug bombs in my home many times. I use them whenever the spiders get out of hand and start attacking me.
