How do you press flowers/plants using a microwave?

Question:I just recently picked some plants and stuff, and I can't wait to get them finished. I heard that you can do it by microwaving, but I don't know how to.

Thank you!

Answers:
I have not heard of using a microwave to press flowers, unless you put your microwave on top of the flowers. I put my leaves and flowers and plants between several sheets of newspaper and then lay something heavy on top. Depending on how many sheets of flowers, you could use books to bricks. I have had very good results.

Microwaves are used to dry flowers, not press them.
