What do you do with the vases you get with flowers after the flowers are gone?
Question:I seem to have ended up with a collection of them - all slightly varied, but basically the same. Hate to throw them out, but don't really want to keep them.
Answers:
sell them in a yard sale, give them to poor people, serve wine in them, stack them in a closet, throw them at people you don't like, etc.
You could use them as gifts for friends, buy some cheapie flowers at like Wal-Mart and give em away. Or ya could sell them to a white elephant type shop. I hate throwing away vases too.
I have somewhat of the same problem.
The next time someone you know has a birthday, child, sick period, or even next Mothers' Day, you can do what I do and buy your own flowers from the grocery store and then put them in a vase from your "collection".
I dump the water, and clean out the vase.
