hey, i have one of those, she likes to nail newspaper to the floor at 3 in the morning ( not kidding) well she is finally in the hospital, (mental hospital, no joke) she was sick, and off her meds. we are finally getting some sleep. and yes, i live in an apartment. the second floor. she lives right above me.
