NO MAINTANCE AND YARD
No yard to mow. No expense for fixing air conditioner and so forth. However if I were you I would buy or rent me a house ASAP.
The reason I say that is your car will get dinged up and will not be parked in a garage.
Some folks smoke while they are in bed, sitting in their recliner or couch and fall to sleep. Their resulting fire could cause your death.
I used to know this man that went to sleep all the time while smoking and had holes burnt all over his shirts. He was a drunk. How would you like him for a neighbor in the apartment building you lived in?
It's like modernized jail.
