try either Yahoo realestate or zillow.com I am a fan of Zillow.com and track values frequently

In Sacramento and parts of Northern CA, we use metrolist.net. You could also start by going to the website of real estate agencies. In other parts of the country, go to the website of the newspaper, click on real estate, and it takes you to a link to their metro lists.; you could search by zip code if that's the criteria you want to search for.
