Cactus care?

Question:how do you take care of a prickly pear cactus?

Answers:
The pad type leaves require more moisture than others. When and if the leaves are not full of moisture and look shriveled, allow your cactus to drink as much as it needs by putting the pot in water only an inch deep. The plant will absorb from the bottom. Watch it for a day or two then remove it. Do not water again until the soil is dry. Second, your prickly pear loves and needs direct sun. Show it some love.... When a white powder is present and the color is not as green and vibrant as it once was, it needs sun.

Your cactus will tell you what it needs, just look for the signs.

Cuddle with it at night. ;)
