Is there a good device that kills flys in your room?
Question:I dont want to use a spray but dont you find that having flys in your room can be really annoying? There must be a easy and quick way to eliminate them?

Old fashioned fly paper.
Try a rolled up newspaper, is also good exercise if you are a bad shot!
Go to a camping shop, boat chandlery or somewhere doing outdoor furniture and ask.
There is a "lantern" which you can hang up (we have on on our landing) which attracts flying insects - they fly in and get zapped.
Grow a venus fly trap . It gets rid of flies and is ecologically sound.
Fly traps are a possibility. They come in small tubes which you unroll and hang from the ceiling or other high place. Fly swatters work too, of course, but the air coming down from the swatter tends to push the fly out. So...if the fly alights somewhere, put your hands on either side of the fly (like you're going to applaud), and then bring your hands together smartly. Because flies rise vertically first, you can frequently kill the fly with your hands. Very satisfying, but sometimes a bit messy. Free, though.
hang fly paper from the light in the liddle of your room, as this is where flies tend to fly. They will get stuck to it and die then when theres enough dead flies you throw it away and put a new one there.
