Can anyone identify this IKEA couch/sofa-bed?

I bought this from Ikea in Australia a couple years ago and love this couch as it turns into a single sofa-bed. The built in table top comes off and allows for storage of extra pillws or blankets. You place one of the back cushions into the space and it now becomes a single bed.
I can't find it anywhere on their site but wonder if there cushion covers still available or not. It seems to be discontinued. Help!

It's most likely that they discontinued it because one they get rid of it its gone but they might have cushions like those but not the same ones.
I can't tell you anything about the couch but If all else fails, you can have a pillow made, if not the same design than a solid color that would match the design!
