Question:

Answers:
a midget w a lantern and a fly swatter

the best way: Just don't kill them :p
sooo.you will not wonder...and the spider will live a wek or 2 more ;)
Why? Spiders are bug controllers. They would not be there if there was no food. So, if you kill off the spider, who knows what infestation it has been keeping under control(cockroaches, centipedes, mosquitoes, unnamed crawlies).
The spider will move WHEN there is no more food to catch in its web.
I dunno I'm not THAT smart. My best Idea is to try to dry up the dark area, put lots of light in that area, or just spray tons of bug spray all over the place orrrrr just get a shoe and wipe them out yourself...
haha I"m stupid.
if it is a place where you can have a de-humidifier i would first try to manage the moisture problem. and eliminate their food source. if they do not have food they will move. spiders like cubby holes. take those little glue roach traps and tape in the corners where they seem to be the most. when ur spider is all stuck in there. throw away and tape up another. good luck.
Call the Terminix man! It's not that expensive at all & it's well worth it.
Make your own glue traps, and set up packing tape where you see them, glue side up.
