Where can I find pottery bowls with a handle?

Question:I am looking for the kind that looks like it was thrown on a wheel, not poured in a mold or like ceramic

Answers:
The potters generally do not make bowls with handles. Though the bowls are made on the wheel the handles are to be made and fixed by hand. As it is a separate piece it may not stick to the bowl properly. If the clay is ground well the sticking will be firm. To make it firmer a ceramic coating can be given. But the village potters may do it on special request.
I am talking about the potters in Kerala villages. I do not know from where the asker is.
