Why do flys always hover in the middle of the room?


Question:I know flys and other flying insects always head for the lights in the house. however what if your light has not been on all day (like mine) and they still hover in the middle of the room under the light? i mean its not like the lights are even warm?

that's their escape plan for the fly swatter


They are just naturally attracted to light.
get one of those sticky tape things and stick it near the light
