You get rid off the bad fruit, It might be gnats, they look like fruit flies. They live off the nice fresh peat in your household plants & eat the dead roots from the plants. So get rid of them , just let your household plants dry out for a week , and this will solve the problem
Get some apple cider and pour it into a cup it attracts them and then drown them.
Use commercial fly spray and swat., but first remove the fruit.
