Question:i need to know how to care for it..
Answers:
Its called a Schefflera, its atropical tree that produces leaves in a circle of about 5-7 leaves. They are very easy to take care of.
Here is more info on them:

Schefflera I don't know if this is spelled right, spell check had no idea. Water it, but don't keep it constantly wet. It needs light, but not the bright light and heat of a southern exposure. It gets pretty big, like a bush.
Schefflera - in addition to what is noted by the others, I can tell you this is one of the easiest plants in the world to get to root from cuttings (include part of the branch, not just the stem the leaves are attached to). Just put in a glass of water and away it will go. I have propogated several this way.
They definitely do better in sunlight and will grow toward the light if it is insufficient. A place I used to work at had this in their entry and they were easily 10 ft tall. But they can handle HEAVY pruning.
