Full air conditioning?

Question:Could anybody tell what it is? What's the difference between it and air conditioning?Thanks in advance!

it's centralized air conditioning where the whole building is air conditioned and not just on a room to room basis. there may be temperature controllers in each room, but the whole building is air conditioned.
