Question for the no shoes in the house Nazi's?

Question:What would you do if you child vomited or bleed all over the carpet? Would you yell at them and punish them for it. Also does it bother you that someone with sweaty feet after removing their shoes walks on your carpet? Do you allow service people to wear shoe covers or must they remove their shoes even though they may be needed for safety?

Answers:
I don't expect people to remove shoes, I just keep a door mat and expect people to wipe their shoes out of courtsey.

I would never shout or punish a child for vomiting or bleeding on a carpet. Having said that, if a child doesn't listen and drops something, then he has to be told to behave.

I can understand people not wanting their carpets dirtied, as all carpets are not thrown after a few years, and the didrt that gets into carpets is very difficult to clean, which can be a source of allergies etc.

regards

Shame on you! What ever brought this on?
They'd probably call in the steralization crew.
when ppl come come to my house with bad breath they are not allowed to breath
Their house, their carpet, their rules.
are YOU going to pay for having their carpet cleaned or replaced? MY house means "MY" house!! YOUR house means "YOUR" house!! if you want me to respect how you want your home treated, you need to respect how i want my home treated or you won't be inside it!!
