How can you attract snails to your garden?any easy ways?
Question:i hav a pet blue tongue lizard (with a license) and i cant find any snails 2 feed it. i no it dosnt only eat snails but i only realy hav kangaroo mince 2 feed it. can u plz help me?

I was going to suggest the same thing as Wood Nymph. People with dogs who do not want to use snail and slug bait to kill snails use a bowl of beer to attract snails and slugs at night. The snail get into the beer and drown.
If you go with the beer method make sure you put some fly wire over the bowl so the snails drown. Because if the snails die in the bowl the Blue Tongue Lizard will not eat them.
The last home I lived in I had a Blue Tongue living to my backyard and every time I went to hang up the washing it would come out to say "gidday." I also feed the Blue Tongue insects.
Where I live now, I have beautiful Water Dragons that live around my swimming pool. When I'm doing some gardening they follow me around because I dig up earth worms and feed it to them. The other thing they love to eat is Huntsman Spiders.
PS. Do you have a name for your Blue Tongue. I called my Blue Tongue "Rex". When I sold my last home a made sure the new owners new about Rex so they wouldn't harm him.
give the snails what they want, food, and it simply is: rotting and decaying leaves. oh but i do'nt like snails and slugs,...they are fond of consuming my larval host plants too! some suggest leaving a plate filled with beer with a little yeast. you could also try hunting for them at night because that's the time they get out to forage. happy hunting!
