How to remove a stuck dish from a bowl?

Question:One of my dishes have got stuck in my casserole. Tried putting hot water and even tried it in the microwave but no luck in taking it out. Need help....

Answers:
you can try putting the casserole dish in hot water - causes it to expand, - while you put cold water in the inside dish - causes it to contract.
Or turn it upside down, under the hot tap, hoping that the inner dish will fall out onto something soft!

Try putting it in the freezer for awhile the cold air may make it shrink and then you should be able to remove it. Good luck.
Is it stuck with food, or just stuck/tight fit?

Food, immerse in hot water and soak for several minutes.

Tight fit, try getting boiling water into the bigger dish, and put ice water in the smaller dish. The difference in temp should cause the dishes to shift just enough to get them apart. Another option, try spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Last option. break the dish you like the least. LOL. Sorry, had to put that in there, because I was confronted with the same problem not too long ago. And instead of trying the safer options, I opted to go for prying at the dishes with a tableknife, and ended up breaking the bowl that had gotten stuck. Good luck!!
