These effing moths, why are they everywhere during the summer?

Question:During the summer we have these really small brown moths EVERYWHERE-- outside, in the house, and I want to know where they come from and if anyone knows how to get rid of them indoors. They're dusty, brown, about half an inch long, and usually have little tan geometric patterns on their wings.

Answers:
Are they in your grass? If so they may be one of the stages of the insects that eat your grass. The sod webworms have stages just like butterflys that they pass through. Ask a lawn service company about them if they are in the grass because they can destroy a lawn quickly.

Burn candles around your house to keep them away.
use and plant Lavender ! They will go away! all that you will have left is the fragrance of lavender!
