Get several quotes, ask a lot of questions...and do not hesitate to negotiate. I used North American Van Lines for a cross country move two months ago...and the final price I paid was 1/2 of the 1st estimate. And, unless your extremely budget concise...let them pack your belongings...they did an entire 2000 sq ft house in about 6 hours! The packers, the driver and the movers were all professional...

Really check out moving companies using the better business bureau. A friend of mine got suckered really bad by a company in puerto rico. Its out of business now though. Make sure the company you use can be located in Florida to that way if there is any problems it is easier to talk to them in person instead of trying to get ahold of them by phone. Be really careful and make sure to insure your move incase there is any problems.
