Moles are taking over my garden, what is the most humane way to get rid of them?

don't use mothballs! it will pollute your soil! Sprinkle dry crushed red hot pepper all around their holes, and in garden. plants are fine, moles hate it.

You can get humane traps from the Humane Society, and relocate them to another place without killing them. The only humane way to get rid of them is not to kill them, but to relocate them. Good luck, they are lucky to be in a humane persons garden! ;-)
I have a squirel problem in my garden. The little phuckers are digging up my plants eating the roots and leaving the dead plant in the garden. What i've done is arm myself with a super soaker. Let me catch another squirel dining on my plants i'm gonna give it the soakin of its life. Hopefully it will deter the phuckers from coming back!
Call your local animal control. There are also lots of services that will remove them for you (you'd prob have to pay for it though).

Moth balls.Smash them into little pieces and put them all over the garden it won't hurt your plants but them moles hate the smell.
We used to have a mole problem. We just push the dirt mound off and found the hole than put a garden hose into the hole and turned on the water. The mole will leave the area and if you see another hole keep doing that until the mole gets the idea that this is not a good place to make a home!! LOL
