Two types of Tudor House exist. Full Frame and the more common Half Frame.
A Tudor house, was made with a stone foundation and an Oak timber frame. The Frame is then in-filled with panels of Wattle and Daub, Which then makes up the walls of the building. Most Pictures of Tudor Houses show a Typical Black and White Exterior, however when originally built they would have been Natural Oak and a Reddish Pink as OX Blood was added to the Daub to make it set hard and weatherproof.
One of the most Famous and important of them all is Speke Hall just outside of Liverpool and located by John Lennon Airport.
