Can someone give me a rough value of an amish made oak rolltop desk?
Question:For an estate, we need to sell a 6' rolltop amish made oak desk. Can someone give me a clue on the value of something like this? We're going to advertise it in our local paper, but I wasn't sure where to start the price. Assume it's in good to excellent condition

Your's may be of a completely different variety. E-bay shows oak roll top desks from about $500 and up. Based on the condition and type, I hope this will give you enough information to make a good pricing decision.
