Lemon Law for Electronics?

Question:Is there a lemon law for electronics (like laptops)? I have a Toshiba laptop that has had countless problems, but it's less than 3 years old. Thanks.

Answers:
none at all but if it did 3 years is too old for a laptop.
you couldn't even get a warranty for that long on a laptop.

Unfortunately you probably need to get a new one. I'm not going to lie, I work for en elctronics retailer... yelow tag...hint hint, any way we offer service plans for only two years. They do cover lemons. 3 repairs and you get a new one if you have another problem. Next one make sure you get set up properly. Sorry.
