How far away from a neighbors fence should my above ground pool (18' diameter, 4' height) be?

Question:Cliffside Park, N.J.

Answers:
That depends on your Township's License and Inspection code. I would suggest at least 8 feet but check with your L&I for the exact figure.

5 feet at least
I agree, 5 feet at least.
as close or as far away as you want it its your property
Close so u can show off in front of your stupid neighbors.
ask them but if its in your garden and the water isnt goin into theres. its up to u.
ummmm.. you want to put it as far away as possible to get privacy. i reccomend planting large trees in front of the fence so thry can't see you skinny dipping.
