About Roaches?
Question:UGH, I hate those things! I've been living in this building complex for 3 years now, and all of a sudden roaches started coming in! I contacted my landlord last Spring, and she told me she'll get the mantainance guys to take care of it. I'm like ok, what the hell? Now, there's new management, and she told me the lady next door to me have roach eggs all over, and it's also coming from upstairs from me. I live around with nasty people anyway...my question is even though I use bleach and spray raid all over, those ugly thangs still come around?

You need to use boric acid to kill roaches. Or get some Roach Motels.
Crush up bay leaves and sprinkle them around the by the base boards in all your rooms. go away for a day and set off a can of fogger (if you have a pilot light on your stove DO NOT set one off in the kitchen) if the problem is intolerable call the managment again if that doesn't work call the health dept.
I know that sometimes if a problem doesn't get fixed such as a toilet or a sink...as a lessee you have the right to withhold rent until the problem is resolved...you might be able to do the same in this situation until the apartment complex provides you with pest control. although if you created the infestation then thats a different story...but if you have lived there for 3 yrs and have never solicited the management of any roach problem then you might have a strong point. Let management take care of this...you should not have to spend extra money on top of your rent to get rid of the bugs; unless the infestation is so bad that your afraid of going to bed at night...Just tell them to check their records of this. here's a link to a lessees rights
