Is it true that never reins in California?
Question:I need to know if I should need an umbrella or at least a rein coat .

a shower may pop up at any time. Bring a RAIN coat

It depends on where you mean. California is a -long- state. The southern end is desert but the northern end, along the coast, is already the 'Northwest'. It rains a lot there.
In the coastal cities, the LA and SF areas it hardly ever rains between about March and about November. The hills are green with grass at the end of the Summer but go brown by June. If you're coming at this time of year, I can guarantee you you won't see any rain.
Along the North Coast--Eureka or Crescent City--you never can tell.
Nope, it does not rein in CA. From time to time, in areas outside of San Diego, it does rain.
Yes, it does rain in Calif. You did not say what area you were coming to. The northermost part of the state gets the most rain, especially along the coast. THe north east, middle and south part of the state especially in the summer months, very rarely get any rain. In fact it can get quite hot in some places up to low 100's. The rainy months are usually end of Oct. to March. it starts to slack off end of March, a few rain showers in April and possible early May. Then it gets warm again.
