Polish for oak table??

Question:what is the best wood polish to use on solid wood table?? just want to blend in some very minor scratches. thanks x

Answers:
I use bee's wax on my oak table, I would never use polish as it discolours when exposed to the sun. You can get waxes that are slightly tinted (for individual wood types) so that would be best.

tops by mr sheen will blend the scratches then you will need for a good finish some natural bees wax and a bit of elbow grease
I once read in a book on furniture that you should only use beeswax, never any modern synthetic polish as it damages the furniture in the long term .. I think by building up a hard coating on the surface.
Vinegar and warm water. This will remove any grime and also bring the wood back to its natural look. I have a 110 year old oak cabinet which is now looking in good condition considering its age.
I have found Method wood for good to be an excellent product. Its safe and derived from natural ingredients. It also has a soft almond scent. I love it!
