Question:what sort of info would make you buy?things like,a)price.b)guarantee's. e.t.c
Answers:
Firstly you need to go on the net and see if their are any recommendations for the institute. definetly their has to be gaurantee's, you have to have a budget. find out how it gets delivered and who is gonna install the kitchen.
material is highly important as that will be the decider on what your budget will be. you get different materials = melamine, wrap, satin duco, formica, semi solid, veneer and solid wood. there are others thou. see if they have a discount structure as there is a retail price out there. why not go into a store and rather buy from them
i wouldn't buy a kitchen off the internet. i'd go into the store.
Same answer. If I was buying a kitchen I want to see it, touch it and get the feel of how it works.
I work for a kitchen appliance firm and although don't sell the actual kitchens, I work very closely with clients in regards to fitting advice etc. Have heard too many horror stories to ever recommend buying something like this on the web.
It is best to go to an independent firm if possible as you will get a much better level of service and loads of help afterwards if anything goes wrong or you need further advice etc. Internet sellers don't have to deal with you face to face and will therefore not provide this level of service, you never speak to the same person twice and will only ever refer you to the manufacturer if anything goes wrong.
