Comfortable bedroom temperature?

Question:What helps you sleep the best...
slightly cold, slightly warm,
blankets or none?

Answers:
Slightly cold...around 73 Just a light sheet to cover with and I sleep most comfortable.

We like ours around 73ish. Any warmer and we have trouble sleeping. We do use thin blankets.

I need to install a programmable thermostat to raise the temperature during the day while we are away.
I prefer 74 or 75 degrees. I usually like the ceiling fan on also, since it takes the body awhile to lower its temperature, which it does while you're asleep.

I start with a sheet completely covering and a thin blanket pulled up halfway. Usually by the time I'm ready to fall asleep I pull the blanket up the rest of the way.
cold, big blanket. foot sticking out so I can breathe :)
68 it feels great to snuggle/spoon with the wife
in winter and summer the best temperature is around 68. it does help you have a better sleep, and a chance to get cozy cuddly with hubby.
