Is there a way to remove the child saftey on a bic lighter?

Question:I've got an electronic bic lighter that I want to remove the child safety thing from. How do I do it?

Answers:
I always used needle nosed pliers to grab the little safety tab and twisted it until it broke loose and came out.

The lighters I buy now don't have the safety tab so not sure what they even look like now.
