I got a venus fly a few months ago from a greenhouse and the stupid thing refuses to eat!?
Question:I've tried ants and flies, but nothing works. Whats wrong?

Maybe it's eating when you're not around, and it's just not hungry when you try to feed it.
it died. I know of no one that sucessfully hept one alive befor.
To check and see if it's alive simply take a pencil or toothpick, and "tickle ' the little feelers where the two leaves come together..see if it opens..this is how it knows food is at the door...
